1. No Refunds/No Exchanges

   • All scoops are random surprises. No returns, refunds, or exchanges after shipping.

2. All orders with no video takes 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.

   • If you chose “Yes” for the packing video your package will ship within 2-10 days.

3. All Sales Are Final After Shipment
